The fantastic Blue Planet 2 is now available to Irish viewers on SkyQ via the BBC IPlayer In UHD.

Use the search button on the remote, enter “Blue Planet II” and select the on demand tab to see all of them available for download.

Sit back and enjoy Attenborough do his thing in UHD, we won’t have him forever!

I thought BBC iPlayer was not available in ROI as you have to be a BBC licence payer to access it.

The full BBC iPlayer is not available to us but the Blue Planet episodes for some reason are. Anyone with SkyQ and UHD should download in UHD ... it’s astonishing, what UHD was made for!

    SkyQ doesn't support HDR unfortunately.
