    Hi there, I just filled a glass of water from the kitchen tap and noticed it had the appearance of white wine with a tubridity of about 25. Wasn't that case earlier this morning here in Dublin 12. What has caused this and is it safe to drink?

    Thanks for your message.

    Repairs were carried out to a burst water main in Crumlin, Dublin 12, on 16 December, which can cause temporary discolouration to the surrounding areas.

    If this is still affecting you today, would you mind sending us a Private Message with the below details and we will be happy to look into this for you:

    - Full Name;
    - Address and
    - Contact Number.

    Thank you in advance. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    Kind Regards,
    Siobhan
