Since I am new one here, if I have bottom options payment per year, how much would I earn per month? I am married with one child (4 year). Or you could point me to good calculator so I can calculate on my own?

    Option A) 40,000€/year
    Option B) 45,000€/year

    Thank you.

It's accurate provided you supply the correct inputs for your situation, you only have PAYE or self-employment income, and you are not availing of any unusual tax credits, deductions, or allowances that aren't covered by the calculator. PAYE taxes are a simple enough set of calculations in the end. Obviously if you do have other income (capital gains, rental income, dividends, DIRT, etc.), or you avail of other credits/allowances, that will change your actual tax liability. It'll still give you a decent idea of what the difference in your take-home pay would be between two different salaries in most cases, though.
