    Hi all,
    I had been using a phone plugged into the router in my parents house as a skype phone for them to use to contact family around the world and it worked wekk for the last few years. It has recently given up the ghost.
    Im looking to replace it but finding one seems daunting.
    I needs to be able.to sign in on skype without a computer si just a stand alone phone. Video would be nice buy can also live with voice only.
    Does anybody have any suggestions on nice easy to use phones please?

    Could they use the Skype App on a smartphone over WiFi?

    I doubt it. I had thought of that with an old phone but they would likely struggle.

    Grandstream GXV-3275 SIP-MultiMedia Phone.
    180 on amazon but reading reviews seems skype may be awkward to install. It would be nice though as it has video too
