Green cert : Waste of time in my case?

Im 35 now and doing the green cert and I'm not so sure my uncle is going to hand over the farm before I'm 36.The farm is about 80 acres.The land is of average quality.I don't know what it's worth but in my circumstances, is the gc really going to serve me any purpose? I can't see myself being a farmer.Really not enough…
