So after graduating I have decided that I'll look for an entry level position for the new year. Does anyone know of any positions out there that look for people who are willing to learn(I really mean that, as in take exams and progress) and get their feet wet.

I'm done with college and don't want to get stuck in a rut.

I'm presentable, smiley, charismatic(but not a great communicator) so I'm thinking maybe sales might be an interesting prospect.

When you apply for jobs and are asked your greatest weakness don't say you're not a great communicator.

Some kind of entry-level role in banking or insurance might give you what you're looking for in terms of a combination of sales with professional development. However, I'm not intimately familiar with either myself.
