Argos "Can be ordered"

Anyone know how to order an item into argos for collection? In the trolley it says "Order now for collection" and gives a date when it will be back in. I can't see how to do this. All I can see is Reserve, which just sends me a blank email with no reservation number presumably because the item is not in stock.
