    Could someone get in touch with me with regard to changing the name on an existing account from a deceased person to the surviving spouse?

    I'm very sorry for your loss, I understand this is a hard time. 

    The customer care on 1901 will be able to arrange this for you, they will require the death cert to process this.

    Hi Tracey - could you possibly contact me via DM - I already contacted 1901 and had a most unsatisfactory experience, which showed a complete lack of understanding of the situation.
