Estimated Reading/Actual Reading

    Hi I get my bills through emails and as per normal most are estimated with the esimated ammount due and I'm give option to enter the actual reading of the meter. I do remember that when I started entering the actual reading i received an email later in the day with the new amount due but over the last year or so i havnt been getting the updated email. Has this proceedure changed?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Generating a new bill, after a new reading is submitted, might be delayed or stopped depending on the original release date, or if the new reading is very different (too high or too low) to the estimation.

    In order for us to look into this for you, could you please send us a private message with the following details?
    • Your full name
    • Your Electric Ireland account number
    • Your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (Yes/No)
    We can then look into this further for you.
