Ryanair connection Stansted

I have Ryanair flights booked for Monday Dec 18th: biarritz -Stansted, arriving Stansted at 12.35, and my next flight Stansted -Dublin departs 13.40, gate closing at 13.10. First flight was originally meant to arrive at 11.20 but Ryanair changed the flight times. Just wondering am I well and truly f****d in terms of making that second flight? I'm not too familiar with Stansted so not sure if the gates will be in the same section as it's the same airline and will I have to clear security a second time? I'm Irish so not sure if that will help speed up any queues for the second flight? (in the past when flying uk-dub there were separate queues for Irish/UK citizens but I can't remember if that was connecting from an international flight). Also only have hand luggage. Any advice greatly appreciated!!

You are screwed barring a miracle. Stansted is a nightmare airport to get through and Ryanair don't do connecting flights so they won't look after you

You don't have a chance of making that. Ryanair or Stansted don't do connections so you will have to exit and re-clear security. I'd book a later flight to Dublin asap.

I had a connecting flight with Ryanair before.. i was so worried i booked an a.m flight and hung around the airport all day sooner than stress over missing my connection.. not worth the risk imo.

I'd say get out of arrivals as quickly as possible. Get yourself fast track security to get back in. It's £7. Would have missed a connection before without it.

Ryanair don't sell connections so have no duty of care should you miss your second flight.

    Ryanair do sell connecting flights.

However, if one does not book the flights as connecting flights (such as this instance) on any airline or route, then they have no duty of care.

Ryanair are a point to point airline. All flights are singles.

No longer true, as JCX BXC already correctly stated. They started selling connecting flights earlier this year at some hubs. Though not yet available through Stansted.
