Hi all .

Without going into too much detail , does anybody have any idea what can be done about two false Tusla reports being sent in by the same person ?

Tusla Themselves rubbished both reports as there was nothing to them however the damage had already been done within our family .

The person responsible holds a personal grudge against a member of my family and obviously thought this would be a good way to get at them.

Any advice is greatly appreciated .

Unfortunately all reports are confidential and as such they cant do anything.

However a case worker is usually assigned and after they investigate and find nothing, next few subsequent reports they'll take it with a pinch of salt that this person is out to get you
