I'm employed on a 7.30hour contract a week , recently I've been working up to 22 hours weekly as that's over my contract hours would I be entitled to overtime / time and a half payment?

    No.

Your contract should specify overtime payments. E.g. 1.5x if you work over 37.5 hours a week.

I always thought Overtime Payment means anytime/hours worked over your contract hours, no?

There is no obligation to pay overtime or an amount in excess of your basic hourly rate. Your contract will state what is considered overtime and if this overtime will be renumerated at a higher amount.

There's no statutory obligation to pay overtime.

Its worked out between you and your employer. Check your contract and see if anything is mentioned.
