Can't Fully Turn Off the Nest

    Hi Folks,

    I'm hoping you might be able to help save my sanity. I got a Nest thermostat installed yesterday and it's driving my partner nuts in that it seems to keep the boiler 'activated' but not lit. We have the heating and water off, the schedule set to off and even the safety temperature set to 0. Eco mode is also set to off but it's still has the boiler making noise. With the old boiler when you turned the heating off the boiler still made a hum for a few minutes but then went off completely. ... this isn't doing that.

    The boiler is a Glow Worm Flexicom 15hx.

    Help please.
