Busting from Uk-visa debit or PayPal?

Just bought a expensive enough item from the UK

Went with PayPal for added buyer security but they seemed to be a few quid dearer with the exchange .

Is it safer to use PayPal than rely on chargeback.?

Does visa debit have added currency conversion fees and what are they?

    Thanks

Visa debit fees depend on the bank, the rate is set by Visa though.

Usually VisaD is better than Paypals rates, Paypal make a nice skim off FX rates. You can use paypal and still pay GBP, it just takes like 6 clicks (they make it awkward).

    Do they have chargeback?

How would you go about paying via PayPal with the revolut card in sterling?
