Refund not full amount

    Hi,

    My mother received a refund for only 32.05, can you let me know why this amount is so low?

    I can PM the reference number

    Due to data protection reasons, we can only speak to the account holder regarding their refund and Irish Water account.

    However, if you and your mother would like to call us to discuss this further, our billing lines are 1850 448 448 and are open from 9am until 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

    Seems to be a common problem, where do all the unallocated payments go to, Ive had to provide bank statements to prove I’ve paid what I have paid, despite following the correct procedures when paying the bills!

    Can you give a local phone number to contact you? 1850 numbers cost to call when most people have calling packages with free minutes.
