I need someone's help. I had my Toshiba laptop on before my daughter came home from school. I closed it down but it must have frozen. I went to use it later saw that it was frozen pressed down on the off screen. I turned it back on and came to screen launch windows or start as normal. Clicked on normal took me to that screen and back then to the options. Selected the second option put me back. I took out the battery same thing.
I don't know what is up with it. Wasn't downloading anything just doing some study as I have exams coming up.
Please can anyone help me. Or is my laptop just giving up.

Now it is telling me the instruction at 0xe9e53000 referenced memory at 0xe9e53000. The memory could not be written. Click on OK to terminate the program.

Your machine is panicking, and taking the error code 0x1a it appears to be due to corrupt memory(RAM). It's likely one stick of RAM in this machine is no longer functioning correctly which causes it to fall over.

I can't be 100% certain on this, but it is likely. It could be as simple as buying a new stick of RAM if it is possible to replace. We need to know the exact make/model/year of the laptop to advise further. And you will have to troubleshoot more to make sure we have it diagnosed correctly.

Thank you for getting back to me. I have left it in the computer shop this morning. He mentioned the memory might be corrupt.
Before that when I got into the sign in area I signed in was saying welcome but didn't go into it the screen at the side had black dots going up the side. There was slight lines going through the screen flashing.
Hopefully it is only the memory.
