Seeing as 2017 is almost over, predictions thread for the coming year. Let the guessing begin..

Becky Lynch has a heel turn, culminating in a big class feud with a face Charlotte.

Braun wins the Rumble.

Cesaro wins the MITB.

Finn Balor to move to Smackdown.

Tye Dillinger to be released.

J. Marston

Elias to win the Intercontinental title. Become a huge babyface.

Daniel Bryan will not wrestle in WWE.

Becky will win the the first women's Royal Rumble.

Finn to pop his jacket collar.

The WWE will finally do something with Finn Balor (or AJ) and Gallows & Anderson. They might think about letting the latter two go before pulling the trigger but not want to use them ahead of letting them go and be part of the Bullet Club outside the WWE.

One of NXT or 205 live to be given an extra half hour. If it's 205 live it will be remodeled somewhat to not just be cruisers. They will either showcase their extra women with the extra time here too or a midcard development title.

As above I could see a womens tag belt being introduced or perhaps an NXT midcard belt. Not sure what the WWE are going to do with the UK belt though as I don't think they are as gung ho about starting a new UK show now so it might become the NXT version of the old European title.

Kenny Omega will finally win the big one in New Japan but not hold it long. Another year at least for him there in my opinion and him and Okada can headline a Tokyo Dome at any time given whats gone before already.

They will finally start to push Nakamura somewhat decently in the New year because I do think him vs AJ might be a planned Mania match. How they pull that off could decide Nakamura's fate as he too could also return to Japan as a main eventer down the line and because they won't want that they might actually make an effort with him even if it will be later than it should have happened.

If Kane becomes the Knox County Mayor I'd imagine he and Taker could retire and go into the HOF together. Not sure he will win his mayoral race though.

The Ascension do seem the most likely to get cut as without the Fashion Files on TV other teams can fill their role of seemingly just being around incase a team needs to squash a non jobber team. Bludgeon brothers will probably destroy them soon. Ziggler might finally leave for a while too but nobody will care as much as they could have in the past and he won't go to Japan.

Cena to become less and less present on WWE tv. He will still wrestle in between movies but the movies will be his focus. Meanwhile we will get more HBK return rumors but it won't happen.

I think Rousey will have at least two matches in WWE. Horsewoman tag at Mania and then at Summerslam perhaps a match vs Charlotte before maybe having her final bout at the following Mania against Steph.

There to be loads of Women's champions on SD. Charlotte will probably drop her title to Carmella before the Horsewoman stuff gets kicked into gear and once it's done I wouldn't be surprised if it's Becky Lynch who gets the belt off Carmela if she does not get drafted to Raw next year.

Punk won't return however he may make it so that UFC is no longer an option by losing another fight

Jinder Mahal to be a mid card heel champion at best in 2018, Drew McIntyre will pass him out as the highest former 3MB member on the main roster card.

The Miz will make another Marine movie
