    So, what additional "expectations" has a client or customer of you specified in the past, that you had to take on or dodge?
    For instance, they "actually wanted the printout printed on lazer rather than inkjet printer"
    or
    they were expecting that video you made to be at least 13 megapixel quality.

    No need describe in detail if it would be legally prejudicial.

    Try never say no to any client but the main pisstake is with regards to payment terms. Very rare occurrence though. :)
