Just bought a car that doesn't have an aux button. I constantly listen to podcasts and music when driving so what's my best option and how much are we talking? Thanks

    What car is it?
    Age?
    Is stereo factory?
Would you be able to change it out yourself for a model with Bluetooth?

    There is some info here

Sorry the car is a 2008 Toyota Avensis with a factory fitted radio. In terms of swapping it out myself i wouldn't be the handiest. If I was to swap out the units the new one would have to fit perfect I think it looks very tacky when there's gaps. What price range would i be talking

Does your radio have the disc/aux button near the bottom right hand side ?

You can buy a bluetooth adapter that cinnects to your radio and phone and just plugs into cigerette lighter

I had a 2007 Avensis and I ended up installing a Parrot car kit that could do both bluetooth and aux, think it was about €150 and I managed to install it myself, well worth it.

Get yourself an Xcar link adaptor which will plug into the factory stereo loom and you can run the cable for your phone/ipod to the glovebox or where ever you want. I have one and they are very good and fully interact with the factory stereo so I can control everything on the ipod from the steering wheel controls or the stereo buttons and keep the ipod hidden away. It also charges the ipod/iphone while in use.
