    From RTE here

Annual property price inflation fell from 12.6% to 12.1% in October, with a clear differentiation between Dublin and the rest of the country, where non-Dublin prices galloped ahead with percentage increases significantly higher than Dublin increases.

The fall in inflation was a stark month-on-month fall- and the largest monthly fall in the last 6 months.

Similar trends were apparent in the October 2016 figures.
