Bullying in Workplace

    Is there an independent body I can seek advice from in relation to bullying in the workplace?

    My situation is extremely peculiar. The MD's spouse is a particularly arrogant human being and is consistently verbally abusing me and has resorted to name calling even in front of customers. The problem is that because he is a tax exile he cannot officially work in this country, so therefore is not actually an employee. In essence he actually runs the show but everything is in the wifes name.

    I have brought this to her attention numerous times but it seems they are hell bent on getting me out!

    He even physically abused me last week!

    Any advice would be great.
