Non-hotel venue in Dublin City Centre

My fiancée and I will be getting married in February 2019 and are looking for a non-hotel venue in Dublin City Centre.
We're looking at Smock Alley at the moment, but they can't get a bar extension and we're not keen on having to switch venues at 11.
We're currently thinking ~120 guests and would like to source the catering and wine ourselves. We're getting married in City Hall so walking distance from there preferred but not a deal breaker either.
    Has anyone recommendations?

In a similar position to you to be honest and we are looking at smock alley or the Chocolate factory!

We felt the same you op and really didn’t want a hotel. We looked at a few places like the zoo, law library etc but we settled on a hotel (that didn’t feel too “hotel-y). It’s hard to find big enough venues in the city.

We went with Medley in the end. Smock Alley got ruled out as they have to start clearing out people at 11 and 90% have to be gone by 11:30.

Cleaver east might just hold those numbers?
