    1. I received a refund for an amount that I never paid. Can you look into this for me?

    Please PM us the following details and we will be more than happy to assist with your query:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - WPRN;
    - Account number; and
    - Confirmation that you are the account holder.

    2. I registered with Irish Water, can you tell me my Account Number and WPRN? I need them for logging into MyWater.

    Please send a PM with the following details and we will look into this

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Contact number;
    - Email address; 
    - Payment method;
    - Landlords details if applicable; and
    - Confirmation if you are the account holder.

    3. Can you please confirm that you have the correct address for my refund to be sent to? I have just updated me address on the website.

    If you have made the changes on MyWater Account, our system will be updated with the new correspondence address you have provided. Your refund will be issued to that address.

    4. My refund cheque is made out to my ex-wife and I. We have since separated. Can the cheque be reissued to a single name?

    5. I have moved out of Ireland and I have updated my address online. Will my cheque be sent to my new address?

    If you have updated your correspondence address using your MyWater account, your refund cheque should arrive to your preferred destination.
