    Hi
    just got a very large mobile bill today
    when i log in to Eir this come up on top of page:
    This number is no longer active
    So i cant view my bill to see whats goin on
    but of couse the number is active - im using it and u guys are charging me for it!

    chat support is offline
    please help

    Thanks- but i got this fixed with phone support
    it was to do with a new phone i got last month
    im on the €55 15GB plan
    but my first bill on this new plan is €86
    an additional €31 added - "Monthly recurring charge for eir Mobile Unlimited"
    can you explain this further

    No problem, glad to hear it.

    It is more than likely a part period charge, which is a one-off amount that doesn't show again. It would be for services from a certain date and then you would have been charged in advance for the plan so this bill was for more than 1 months service.
