If you are entitled to a companion pass then don't worry as this will be reflected on your new PCS as FT+C. It is up to DSP disability section to review your eligibility to the companion pass and not the PSC section.

it was always up to the welfare office. You always had to be entitled to a companion pass as per their rules

The OP I assume thought s/he would lose the entitlement to the companion pass when issued with a PSC.
