Tractor wheels

    Hi all.
During the summer I bought a little deutz tractor for moving an odd bale for the horses at home, transport box work and light stuff like that.
Bought for very small money it runs quite well, but the two front tyres are knackered and the wheel rims are as bad or worse.
The wheel rims are 5 stud and I'm having a job finding rims to suit.
Can anyone here think of any other tractor that has 5x6.5 stud pattern wheels that might be easier found??

    Thanks

5 x 6.5 inches should work out a 5 x 165.1mm. Thatwould be standard land rover fitment, Not to complicated to find them in 16 fitment. 5x165.1 was also used on the older dumpers with 15.3 inch diameter rims. Try agrigear in Cavan or else a breaker maybe

Yeah a buddy of mine mentioned land rover wheels before, but another lad I know who would be my go-to man for advice with the tractor said I could run into bother with the lock on the tractor due to the offset being wrong. Can you advise on this?? I have no problem putting land rover wheels on if theyl work, god knows the tractor won't be winning any prizes for originality anyway.

This tractor is standing me about €750 including purchase of it to begin with so obviously the cheaper I can keep things the better. There is a land rover mechanic/breaker a few fields away from home so if those wheels would do my job then I should be able find some handy.

    Thanks for your reply

Ha yeah I bought it in the pub one night, for 500 and spent 2 days trying to get her started and pulled out of the corner of a bog where she'd got stuck 2 years previously. Spent 200 on a starter and 30 on a new ignition switch. Runs fine now and does all I want. A decent pair of shoes and I reckon she'll be the bargain of the century yet
