Anyone have a recommendation for where to get ingredients for gin cocktails.
Trying to make up a gin cocktail 'hamper' for a present. The gin will probably be the Aldi Boyles gin, or Bombay sapphire (think is on special in O'Brien's)
Looking for things like citrus oils, a suitable vermont, other liqueurs. Somewhere in the Midlands or Dublin would be great
    Thanks

For citrus cocktails, add lemons and simple syrup.

For negroni type drinks, add Campari and a vermouth. If you’re in Dublin, Celtic Whiskey will have a decent vermouth selection.

Thanks, I'll be up in Dublin at some stage, that's on Dawson St isn't it?

The Headline are selling these. I'd say they could make up one with some bitters or vermouth if you asked them.

Thanks, but I'm looking to get something for "fancier" cocktails than g&t
Actually if anyone has something else to add to this list I'd be grateful
Aperol or Campari bitters - for negroni / americano
    Noily pratt - Martini
    Cherry or raspberry liqueur -

I love an Elderflower Tom Collins - simple (and cheap) to make and incredibly delicious. You could pick up a bottle of Bottlegreen Elderflower Cordial for less than €4 in Tesco/Dunnes/SuperValu which could be a nice little addition to the hamper.

Harvey Nichols in dd have kits with various garnishes, tonics etc. Good for inspiration, even if you wanna go diy.

Lidl have a Gin fusion kit which could make a nice addition:

Baggot St wines sell something similar:
