Christmas Hamper to USA?

My Mam wants to send a hamper to my brother in USA. She used a company called Celtic Hampers years ago but they dont seem to be online anymore. Has anyone used any other companies?She wants to send Irish meats ,chocolates etc over so she's afraid customs will confiscate a hamper that she makes up herself. I'm guessing some…

I'm guessing some hamper companies may use a US seller to make theirs and escape customs?
