Flashing green light

Hi all. New costumer Virgin Media. Received yesterday my new VM Hub 3.0 , model CH7465LG . It works ok until I changed the Default Setting Password . From that moment, it flashing green the light on the base and still green the Wi-Fi simbol. Switch off and on , unplugged and plug in , reset, more than a time. No results.…

Hi all.
New costumer Virgin Media.
Received yesterday my new VM Hub 3.0 , model CH7465LG .
It works ok until I changed the Default Setting Password .
From that moment, it flashing green the light on the base and still green the Wi-Fi simbol. Switch off and on , unplugged and plug in , reset, more than a time.
No results.
Any idea?
I'm living in Thurles if it could be relevant.
