As per thread title, I can no longer be heard by the other party to a phone conversation unless I switch to speaker.

I tried to check settings to see if I had inadvertently switched this off. However, I can't find any such option. Now I'm thinking it must be an error as part of the last firmware update. How can I roll back to the previous version?

I remember this was a common error a while back when Google play services needed to be updated. Not sure if that's the issue you're experiencing.

Everything is up-to-date on the phone. Not sure what else to do ...unless i put up with it until the next update comes and hope that it gets fixed...
