Business Account - Signatory Change

    I posted in a letter to the O'Connell Street, Dublin branch regarding the change of signatories on a business account over three weeks ago. I supplied all necessary forms and backup documentation and asked for confirmation that the request had been received and processed, but I have not heard anything back. Can you please look into it? The account does not have online access, so I cannot request via the online help desk. Thanks.

    Thanks for your post here on boards.

    You would normally be required to call into the branch to do this as the new signatories would need to submit their documents and ID to the branch in person. We'd advise in the case, that you call the Business Advisor team on 0818 200 348 (00353 1 2500348) and they can check with your branch in O'Connell street if the documents were received.
