My cousin is looking to upgrade his computer he's looking at ryzen 5 1500x, MSI AMD AM4 Ryzen B350 GAMING PRO CARBON ATX Motherboard and 8gb of ram. so 2 questions what ram and would you swap anything? i know he wants a mobo for 4 fans

Is there much of a price difference between the 1500X and 1600 as I would save a small bit more money towards the 1600 as it is a far superior CPU and will last you longer than the 1500X.
