Freeview sat - rte now locked ?

Before this , I had all the sarview channels available to watch also , rte , tv3 etc. After the rescan , these channels now come up with a padlock beside them , and when I try to watch…

Hi , excuse my lack of knowledge but I haven't a clue about satellite tuning etc .

I had to carry out a rescan on my freebie sat recently. Before this , I had all the sarview channels available to watch also , rte , tv3 etc.

After the rescan , these channels now come up with a padlock beside them , and when I try to watch rte 1 , it says scrambled

Is there a fix ?
