Swirld Card And PayPal

    I've just gotten a Swirl card and I understand about topping up locally. My question is if I have funds on PayPal can I put those on the card. For example, the reason I got the card was to buy online from a specific place that does not take PayPal, well they do but only with a US verified account.

    I know I can top up normally and buy it hat way but I have money on PayPal that I would rather use. If I link my swirl card to PayPal can I withdraw money to it like a normal Credit Card?

    Or if Swirl doesn't allow this is there any PrePaid card that does?
