Living abroad and need to complete an Irish tax return for a rental property

Hi all,
I'm Irish and I've moved to London. I own a house with my ex-husband at home in Ireland. He's living abroad too. We need to do a tax return for our property which we've left rented out. The Irish Revenue website is terrible for information. Can someone tell me what form we need to fill and how do we make sure we get the tax credits we're due?
