    Heading to Belfast Friday around 11. I kind of know the Sligo route. Any other options?

    you could head through Sligo town itself, good few sets of lights. Or you can go straight through the first roundabout and it brings you out in Manorhamilton, not a great road.
    Aside from that unless you go via Dublin.

    Leave early and stop at Marble Arch Caves outside Ennniskillen, worth the visit.
