Hi

Belling dishwasher powers up, set the temperature, close the door.
Buzzing noise comes from base of dishwasher for a short while, silence , then buzzing starts again for a while, stops again . Nothing happens, not working.

Motor/pump problems or knackered dishwasher?

Approved service call will be 75 euro plus parts if required.

Could also try a few local guys I got from recommendations.

Anyone any ideas on what’s causing the buzzing?

probably detecting a water leak, take it out tilt well forward towards the floor, upright again and try, if it works for a while only it has a leak, otherwise it should work if that is the problem.
