Parcel Connect Issue

    Hi all, hope this is the right area to submit this post.
    So last Thursday I sent a package back to Littlewoods with Parcel Connect, the courier picked it up from my local shop that same day however there has been no activity since.
    I contacted my local Fastway Depot and they have said they never received it. So I sent them print shots with the tracking information and they have now told me to submit a claim.
    The issue I have now is the claim is for a maximum of €50.00. But what I have sent back totals approximately €220.00. I am wondering what other options I have? Could I submit a claim through small claims court?
    I did contact Littlewoods but they were no help at all.

    Many of the regulars on here wouldnt rate Fastway very highly, good luck trying to recover your funds/goods.
