Hi, Trying to get an idea how much it would cost to get a planner familiar with Fingal LAP etc to do an objection for An Bord Pleanala? The developement is for 8 houses behind an existing house. Any ideas welcomed. thanks

I woud expect in the region of 2 grand, but you can always get it done for a lot less. It depends on a lot of factors really and unfortunately there is a lot of variation in quality out there.
