Critical Skills restrictions

    Thank you reading my query !

    I have recently joined a company and I am sponsoring my own critical skills visa. My critical skills visa is still getting processed. As I have applied for the critical skills, with the reference to my critical skills work perk permit application number, the immigration officer gave me stamp 1 for the first 4 months upon my request in order to join the company immediately.

    Now the question is I am in a stage of getting another job which more suits my profile and will be helpful for my future. That company is ready to sponsor me the visa. If I have to get to that company, will there be any restriction as my critical skills work permit for my current company is getting processed.

    This is a very hard situation for me. I am getting the job which I wanted and what if I couldn't join there because of these issues. Kindly someone help me if there are any possibility that I can cancel the current work permit and ask my new employer to start applying for another work permit on that company's name.
