Getting my first Gaming PC

I'm thinking about getting a Gaming PC, and I was told it would be better if I built one. What would I need to build one. My budget is €1,400 (I saved up). I want to play games like GTA 5, Fallout 3 & 4, Skyrim. I already have a monitor a friend gave me. What would be the best build for those types of games?

P.S. Do I need any safety equipment when building my PC?

Don't need safety equipment, just make sure you "ground" yourself every so often and don't build on carpet. Watch a video on Electrostatic Discharge on youtube in relation to computer building.

You will need a crosshead screw driver... and that's about it.

I'm actually just after seeing this on overclockers: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ocuk-gaming-vision-vr-gaming-pc-intel-8th-generation-3.6ghz-quad-core-fs-1c5-og.html

That's a damn solid price tbh. Just make sure to add the SSD option. At the very least it gives you an idea what to go for in terms of components. Leaves enough budget for a nice screen and peripherals. Others can throw build it yourself options at you :D
