Hi all. Quick question. So there is a derelict property on our road. No water sewerage or electricity. It's currently just been put up for sale. There is no mention of planning permission which I presume it would need as its 50years since someone lived in it. My q is around the entrance. The entrance is insanely dangerous-right on a bend on a v narrow road and visibility is prob only 10meters. My q is would planning permission be granted or what would the circumstances be. given there is a property but the entrance would be v dangerous. I have an interest purely because my uncle owns the field beside it so I could extend and move away from that entrance.... but this option wouldn't be available for others. Would any one have thoughts on this? Would a house be able to be built in an existing site given the entrance.
