Have a sx acoustic guitar thats about 10 year's old. Looking to upgrade. Budget is approx 3 to 400 euros. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Picked up and repaired a badly kept Walden Natura D710 Acoustic, fairly cheap and it sounded much better than a Martin I played last week.
Fossalite nut, solid rosewood sides, X-Braced spruce top (Engleman spruce), great resonance and just have fairly standard new strings on it.
