Another attic conversion query

Our attic is currently used for storage, but the insulation is on the attic floor so the attic space has large temperature fluctuations. I would like to make the conditions more suitable for storing stuff and set up a space for home servers etc. It was always planned to use it for storage so there are 225mm joists/rafters in place.
I am thinking for now of putting in 140mm rockwool flexi-slab between the rafters, and then something like 50mm xtratherm below that, taping the joints to maximise airtightness.
I may add a fixed ladder for access later, and slab some of the walls to make it a kind of loft area, but that's down the road a bit. The current access is not wide enough to fit a full sheet of plasterboard, so that part will be left until another day.
Any glaring problems with my plan?
    Thanks
