Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Accessing Digitary

    Hello.

    I am a graduate of Mary I. I am trying to access my transcripts through the Digitary service but for some reason I am unable to login. It says that the login details are the same ones for the Student Portal (si.ul.ie), and I can log into there fine but I cannot log into the digitary which is odd. I have looked at the PDF guide they give on the Mary I website but no joy there either. Any advice?

    Who in the college could I get onto to help me out?

    In case anyone comes across this, I got onto Student Administration and they sorted it out for me.
