Interested in the Kia soul ev 2015-2016 model.
Does anybody here have it? How do you find the car? Thanks

You'll likely have to post in a forum with UK members to get any chance of a response, since they weren't sold here.

I've only seen one Irish registered Soul EV, a blue one in portlaoise.

It could be the one that Phil Fitz sold. I drove it for a few hundred metres. Lovely looking car, not so fond of the interior. Too wavy/roundy for me. It seemed to be noisier than the Leaf. The drivers position is class though. Specious car too.

Who knew "specious" is a real word?

Use specious to describe an argument that seems to be good, correct, or logical, but is not so.

    142 Reg?

If so it's probably the same one I've seen in Kilkenny a few times.

Was speaking to the owner during the week. Appears to be the only one in the country and has to head up North to get it serviced.

    Quite happy with it.

    Excuse my English.
Try to write one word/never mind a full sentence/ in my language.

Spacious so it is for a car of that size. It is not Fiat Multipla (Thanks, God!) but still roomy enough.

Well I was coming from an ice, so I don't know if you are or if your comparing it to other Eva's...

I find it excellent, I used Google timeline to work out my travel , distances,

I have charging at work 11 cents and a champ, 5 k from here on way into town,

The range is real, I tested it yesterday, In the cold weather it dropped about 10km, overall,

    Crazy depreciation in the UK,

    No vet on import,

    Cheap to run,

Tech is v good, sat nav is v good, although you need to buy a 16 to get Google Android or iOS,

    V good warranty,

    Some negatives,

No Kia serviced folks in the 26 counties, for e v have to go to Belfast, but for the first 90 k it's checks and changing tyres, so it didn't hold me back,

The new leaf in 2018 is a step change in range,

Glad you like it. It is a nice car. If it’s just checks and tyres, why’s hard for Kia dealers to service it?!? Not like they have to change the oil in the EV motor 😂
