    I'm currently getting FIS payment which ends when my son will be 22 years old .
    He is studying medicine which is a 6 year course. He will be 24 before he finishes . Is there any other payment avail or any ideas of where to go .

    There’s no SW either of you can get.
    I assume he’s getting a SUSI Grant?

    Hi - My daughter is also doing a Masters , she is 23 now . FIS finished when she turned 22 . She got the full susi grant whilst doing her degree although we are still waiting to hear whether or not she will get the grant whilst doing her masters .
