Hate new job

    Ok so i am now a month in my new job , I hate It people are just not nice one or two are but the job itself is not great and I am just not feeling comfortable there , I was at my old job 9 years and wanted a new challenge and to be able to progress up the chain , it's not something I see is going to happen here and the place just seems to be ran all over the place , I did get a call on Monday for an interview next week I must don't know what to do it's alot more money also and something I have been doing before which I liked , do i go for the interview and see what it's all about or stick it out in new job and hope for the best ???? Help or advice ?

    I think you should do the interview regardless what happens. There is no harm in that. If, you're really not feeling the job, I think you should move. I've been in the same situation myself as you and the only issue I have with mine, is that I didn't leave sooner. Best of luck Op.

    i would do the interview i am in a similar position i left i job after 14 years where i was middle management and in a job which i know is better in the long run but i am not settling in myself
