WPRN number not displayed in "My Water"

    We moved house in Aug 2016 - I've just logged in to double check my details and to update our address (which I've done) but noticed that our WPRN number isn't listed. I have it on file and can send it in if that helps?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Your WPRN should appear on the top of the page once you log in to your MyWater account.

    If you would like us to follow up on this for you, please PM the following information:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Account Number

    You can cheque the date that your refund is due to be sent here and as you have updated your address, your cheque should arrive to your correct property.

    Hi Irish Water, I’m in a similar situation. Was renting in Dublin in early 2015 and paid water charge when we moved back to NZ. Just heard about the refund and logged into my account but can’t see my WPRN number. Can you help?

    The only reference number that appears when you log in to your account is your account number.

    In order to see your WPRN you have to scroll down to Billing Overview, click on one of the dates that the bill was issued, & then down to View Bill as PDF.
