    I bouth an apartment from a owner wich hi bouth from the builder
    In one of the rooms the airvent is missing
    I contacted the builder and hi is refusing to make the air vent

    the general rule of thumb when you purchase something second hand is you buy "as is"... the principle 'caveat emptor' applies.

    This is the principle that the seller of a product cannot be held responsible for its quality unless it is guaranteed in a warranty.
